Student Potential Development Department have a role in promoting support and carry out student activities to focus on build knowledge and life experiences which helps students to develop physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and intellectually. And help students to apply academic knowledge to benefit society. Develop special abilities and promote unity among schools and promote the organization of activities according to their aptitudes and interests.

ฝ่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา มีบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนและดำเนินกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา เพื่อมุ่งเน้นส่งเสริม สร้างความรู้และประสบการณ์ชีวิต ที่ช่วยให้นักศึกษาเกิดการพัฒนาทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคม และสติปัญญา สามารถนำความรู้ทางวิชาการไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่สังคม พัฒนาความสามารถพิเศษและส่งเสริมความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ และส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมตามความถนัดและความสนใจ
